The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
One gas cylinder along with the apparatus for refilling are said to have been recovered from the shop of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2016. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Nawadah Town P.S. Case No. 45 of 2016.
