JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner along with his son is said to have kidnapped the informant's daughter on 3.12.2015 but the first information report was lodged on 5.12.2015, particularly, in the circumstance, when the informant claimed herself to be an eye witness. No doubt, the victim is still traceless but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the victim being major was in love with son of the petitioner and, as matter of fact, the victim eloped with son of petitioner and, after that, the informant lodged this case making allegation against the family members of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.16227 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S.Case No. 488 of 2015/G.R.
