JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-08-2021 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Niranjan Kumar, submits that the final argument has already commenced in the ongoing trial in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 345 of 2019, registered for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 302 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, hence, he has instructions not to press the present petition.

The learned Senior counsel for the informant, Shri Rajendra Narain and the learned APP for the State, Ms. Anita Kumari Singh, have got no objection.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
