JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being elder brother of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 28.5.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34, 304B/ and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within one year of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim died while being treated for encephalitis and considering the fact that no external injury was found on the person of the victim. Co accused Radhika Devi and Ambika Pal have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 13782 pf 2015. It is further submitted that the thrust of accusation is against the

Considering the fact that the investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II, Siwan in connection with S.T.
