Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Rajeev Ranjan Prasad Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Amish Kumar, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Senior Counsel representing the Magadh University as well as learned counsel for the State are present The parties are unanimous in their approach that the matter may be settled in Lok Adalat.

The petitioner has certain grievances which she can represent to the Grievance Cell of the University and the same shall be considered within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation. Sri Shivendra Kishore, learned Senior Counsel for the Magadh University, submits that in fact the present Vice Chancellor is personally monitoring the said Cell.

This proposal of the learned Senior Counsel that the representation of the petitioner may be considered by the Grievance Cell is being duly accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Thus, as agreed between the parties, the Writ Application is disposed of in terms of the above understanding reached between the parties. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
