Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner, rather the specific allegation is against Angad Mukhiya. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2019.
