In the present petition, the petitioner has made a grievance in respect of an article published in the volume of a magazine 'Nyaya Chakra' in its Edition from 15th of February to 14th of April, 1994. The petitioner has also sought to ban the activities of Respondent No. 5 and declare it as an Anti National Organization.

3. We find that the grievance in respect of an article published in the year 1994 is being raised in the year 2015 i.e. 21

Patna High Court CWJC No.8205 of 2015 dt.06-12-2016 2/2 years later.

4. Still further, whether a particular organization is Anti National or not is a matter which does not fall within the writ jurisdiction of this Court.

5. The writ application is, thus, dismissed.
