Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 2 to 4, in which the stand taken is that the entire admitted retiral dues of the petitioner including Rs. 10,00,000/- Gratuity and Rs. 12,18,506/- toward Leave Encashment have been sanctioned and advice sent to the concerned Branch Manager of the State Bank of India for transferring the amount to the account of the petitioner under letter dated 27.02.2018, copy of which has also been

Patna High Court CWJC No.8789 of 2017 dt.09-03-2018 2/2 brought on record by way of Annexure-R/1. The fact of receipt of money is also admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. As the writ petition has been filed for payment of Gratuity and Earned Leave Encashment and the same having been paid to the petitioner, the writ petition having served its purpose, stands disposed off.
