JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 370 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 16 of Bonded Labour System Abolition Act, 1976. Petitioner was arrested while he was travelling by train and four children were recovered from possession of the petitioner. The aforesaid children were being taken by the petitioner to get them employed as bonded labour. Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.02.2016 and it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been implicated in this case on mere suspicion.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16854 of 2016 (2) dt.28-04-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with G.R.P. Darbhanga (Sitamadhi) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016.
