The petitioner is accused in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015, registered under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that regarding the kidnapping of son of the informant, Halsi P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015 was instituted under Section 364/34 of the I.P.C. against unknown. Later on, victim was recovered from the house of Md. Kalam, who disclosed the name of the petitioner having hand in the kidnapping of the victim, except the confessional statement of Md. Kalam there is nothing against the petitioner and petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2015.

No.18405 of 2016 (3) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
