The petitioner seeks bail in Town P.S. Case No. 187 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273, 276 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 21 and 22 of N.D.P.S. Act (G.O. Case No. 9 of 2018).

It is alleged in the written report that intoxicated drugs has been recovered from the Dickey of the Scooter of petitioner.

The seizure list is part of the First Information Report from which it appears that recovery has been made from near tea shop in Mohalla Subhash Chowk. The seizure list does not bear signature of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2018 having

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5544 of 2019(2) dt.01-02-2019 2/2 clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Sessions Judge, Darbhanga, in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 187 of 2018 (G.O. Case No. 9 of 2018), subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
