2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 06.07.2024, seeks regular bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 200 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of killing the deceased. During investigation, sufficient material has come to connect the petitioner with the crime.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this
