JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 13-04-2016 Heard Mr. Mani Bhushan Kumar for the petitioners. No one has appeared on behalf of the State respondent(s). The petitioners seek modification in the order dated 18.03.2016 passed in CWJC No. 1713 of 2016 which was permitted to be withdrawn enabling the petitioners to make an application under section of the Clinical Establishments(Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010. With reference to averments made in paragraph 5 of the modification petition, it is stated that the petitioners are also required to apply or make an application before the Bihar Medical Council under the Bihar Medical Council Registration Act and a liberty may also be granted to approach the Bihar Medical Council in the light of the said order.

Considering the submissions, the application is allowed. The order dated 18.03.2016 passed in CWJC No. 1713 of 2016 is

Patna High Court MJC No.1229 of 2016 (2) dt.13-04-2016 2/2 modified to the effect that the petitioners would be entitled to make an application under section 10 of the Clinical Establishments(Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010 as also under Bihar Medical Council for redressal of their grievance(s) in accordance with law.
