The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2018. Allegation is that liquor which was being downloaded in a hut was of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegation and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4296 of 2019(3) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 304 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
