The petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that two girls, namely, Rani Khatoon and Soni Khatoon were recovered from the house of the petitioner, who suggests that they were forced to dance in the orchestra.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner only provided shelter to the people and the orchestra was being run by Pramod Rai, who has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27231 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 28198 of 2014. Moreover, the investigation has already concluded.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014.
