JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-406, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. According to prosecution case itself, other accused took advance from the informant and fled away from the office. So far as petitioner is concerned; the informant, himself admitted in his written report that while he was making inquiry, the petitioner came there and after that, he was caught by the police. The informant has also admitted in the FIR that the petitioner was working in the concerned company.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was working as guard and as a matter of fact, when he

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of this fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S.
