Petitioner is accused in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2014 registered under Sections 420, 409, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is that petitioner, being the Branch Manager of Samridhi Jeevan Multi State, Multipurpose Cooperative Society, Jamalpur, Munger of which the complainant/informant is the Head of Bihar State Unit of the Society collected Rs. 80,000/- on 31.12.2013 and 01.01.2014, which was to be deposited in the State Bank of India in the account of the Society but the same has not been deposited and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17759 of 2016 (2) dt.29-04-2016 2/2 this petitioner left the Company and also took cash Rs. 5000/- and one mobile set of the Company.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has resigned the said Company and joined the Infosys Limited due to non-payment of salary without giving information to the complainant, due to that reason he has been implicated in this case with false allegation. In fact, Company is not authorized to get deposited the money of the public in the Scheme and due to pressure of higher officials of the said Company, this false complaint case has been lodged only to save the skin. Moreover, petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.02.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Munger in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
