situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the respondent State Shri Mritunjay Kumar, AC to AAG6 and Dr. Anand Kumar, the learned counsel appearing for the Accountant General.

The learned counsel for the respondent State has pointed out that the entire retiral benefits of the petitioner has stood paid and it would be apparent from Annexure-E to the counter affidavit that the petitioner has himself given in writing vide his letter dated 02.07.2021 that a sum of Rs. 1,55,436/- has been paid by way of Leave Encashment, a sum of Rs. 29,148/- has been paid by way of Group Insurance, a sum of Rs. 1,47,695/- has been paid under the head of GPF and a sum of Rs. 2,66,460/- has been paid by way of Gratuity. It has also been stated that the petitioner is receiving the pension amount regularly in his Bank account. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, in case any amount of retiral benefits or arrears thereof are still outstanding for payment.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed of, however, with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, before the

District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram.
