The petitioner is aggrieved with the action of the respondent authorities in not allowing him to join on the post of Assistant Teacher (Trained) 34540 grade despite the fact the other identically similarly situated persons have been allowed to join and granted the benefit in the light of the judgment rendered in L.P.A. No. 1254 of 2016 and other analogous matter. In the aforesaid premise the petitioner approached this Court seeking a direction upon the respondents to ensure payment of salary from the month of February, 2012 to January, 2024 for the period the respondent authorities have restrained the petitioner to perform his duty and finally the appointment letter in

Patna High Court CWJC No.1720 of 2025(2) dt.01-11-2025 2/3 favour of the petitioner has been issued on 30.01.2024.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that identically situated person has approached this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 14883 of 2024 and a Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.09.2024 directed the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna.

4. Learned Advocate for the State submits that the petitioner may be given identical liberty to approach before the authorities concerned for redressal of his grievance.

5. Having considered the nature of the grievance and the submissions advanced, the present writ petition stands disposed off in identical terms with the order dated 30.09.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14883 of 2024. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation before the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna alongwith the documents in support of his claim as well as relevant judgments, if any, within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of the aforesaid representation, the respondent Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law, within a further period of eight weeks thereafter.

6. The writ petition stands disposed off.
