The petitioner seeks bail in Sugauli P.S. Case No. 47 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the I.P.C. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was engaged in preparing fake owner books, voter Identity Card and on raid, different papers were recovered.

It is submitted that no body was cheated. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 14.02.2015, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
