The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 578 of 2021 dated 23.04.2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the court of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Muzaffarpur.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this
