The petitioners seek bail in Amba P.S. Case No. 35 of 2014 registered under Section 306 and other Sections of the I.P.C. Subsequently, Section 302 of the I.P.C. was added. The deceased had altercation with his wife and it is alleged that the deceased committed suicide but later on, the petitioners and the wife of the deceased threw the dead body in a well. There appears no eye witness of the occurrence. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
