Petitioners claim to be legal heirs of erstwhile employee Lakhan Lal who retired as a Revenue Karmachari, Circle Office, Nathnagar, Bhagalpur w.e.f. 28.02.2018 and after retirement he expired on 03.12.2018. Petitioners who claim to

Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioners, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file representation before the Respondent No. 3, District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Bhagalpur which will be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount, due to the petitioners, would be paid within one month thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible or if a succession certificate is required, the same shall be communicated to the petitioners by a speaking order sent through registered post.
