Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14841 of 2021(2) dt.13-01-2022 2/3 The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 380 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, ten accused persons, who are petitioners, badly assaulted the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that due to village politics, the entire family members have been implicated. He has also submitted that the allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting the informant, but only one injury has been found on his person, which is simple in nature. The learned court below has also mentioned in its order about one injury simple in nature on the head of the informant. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Sikarahana

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
