1. Heard learned counsel for the appellants, the State and respondent no.2.
2. The present appeal is directed against the order dated 17.07.2021, passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 148, 149, 323, 324, 337, 338, 354, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3 (i) (r) (s) (w) of the SC/ST Act, whereby anticipatory bail of the appellants has been rejected.
3. Allegation against this appellant is that he along with other co-accused persons armed with danda, bhala, etc. assaulted the informant and his father, as a result of which they sustained injuries and father of the informant died due to injury

4. It is submitted that allegation is general and omnibus in nature. As a matter of fact, the dispute arose between the parties with respect to road for which a simple occurrence of maarpit took place between them in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. They claim clean antecedents.
5. Learned counsel for the state and respondent no.2 opposed the prayer for bail and submits that there is specific allegation of assault is against this petitioner due to which father of informant died.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, as such there is specific allegation of assault is against this petitioner, I do not find any good ground to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed.
