The petitioner seeks bail in Imamganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Rahul Kumar son of the deceased alleged that son of Jasim Miyan fired two shots at his mother Bindiya Devi which hit on her chest. The informant caught the assailant but he fled away. The informant further alleged that the petitioner son of Riyaz Miyan was sitting on the motorcycle. The informant has not made any allegation of firing against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased, he is in jail since
