The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 317 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.06.2018. He further submits that in the instant case one pistol and with one live cartridge was recovered from the petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of
