2. The application for grant of arms license of this petitioner has been rejected by the District Magistrate and same has been affirmed by the appellate authority i.e. the Commissioner.

3. They have considered the application of the petitioner and have not found any ground for grant of arms license to the petitioner who submits that he is a agriculturist and a contractor by profession.

4. This Court, in writ jurisdiction will not go into the facts of the case but will only examine as to whether the procedure has been followed by both the authorities and whether there is any latches on the part of the authorities in consideration of the application of the petitioner.

5. In view of the above, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The dismissal of this application will not stop the petitioner in future to approach the authorities for grant of arms license if there is any real threat to the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
