Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-341, 323, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to have caused grievous injury on the hand of the informant but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on account of land dispute and moreover, the charge sheet has already been submitted.

Admittedly, hand is not a vital part of the body and therefore, considering the above-said facts and circumstances of
