====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. No one appears on behalf of the State to oppose this application. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 214 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no. 2 is said to be the Samdhi of the complainant whereas petitioner no. 1 is the sister's son of petitioner no. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in fact the very filing of the complaint case is with an intention to harass

No.4951 of 2019(2) dt.14-02-2019 2/2 the whole family of the petitioner as a matrimonial dispute is going on between the daughter of petitioner no. 2 and the son of the complainant. The daughter of petitioner no. 2 has filed a complaint case under Section 498A of the IPC against the son of the complainant and for that reason a concocted story has been alleged in the complaint petition.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, considering the nature of allegations and that it is arising out of a complaint case and the genesis of the allegations are said to be a matrimonial dispute between the two family, let the petitioners above named, in case of their arrest or surrender in connection with Complaint Case No. 214 of 2018 within four weeks from today be enlarged on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya.
