The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which has already been rejected twice earlier by order dated 04.03.2014 vide Cr. Misc. No. 418 of 2014 and again by order dated 15.10.2014 vide Cr. Misc. No. 39341 of 2014 on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2013 and inspite of direction of this Court the trial has not been concluded, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes by submitting that four charge-sheet witnesses have already been examined and the trial is in progress. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, at this stage this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly his prayer for bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 51 of 2014/ 47 of 2014 arising out of Govindpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2013 pending in the court of 4th Additional Sessions Judge,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27686 of 2015 (2) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 Nawada stands rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner may be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the court below.
