Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No.217 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 224/353/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Police is informant of this case. The police arrested one of the accused in connection with some other case. The petitioners and others forcefully got escape of the arrested accused.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3402 of 2020(4) dt.05-10-2020 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
