Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is not named in the first information report and informant claimed that victim went along with co-accused, Chintu Pandit, who happens to be brother of the petitioner. No doubt, the victim has not been recovered as yet but investigation against the petitioner has already been completed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16418 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon (Shiv Narayanpur) P.S. Case No. 342 of 2015.
