The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that seven prosecution witnesses have already been examined. The prosecution has given a petition that the prosecution does not want to examine any more witness. Considering the fact that the trial of the petitioner is at the fag end, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 760 of 2013 arising out of Matihani P.S.
