In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 253 of 2015 registered for offences under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dian Act.

The first information report has been lodged by Puja Kumar, daughter of the victim making allegation against the petitioner and two other accused persons that they locked the informant, strangulated her mother, dumped the body in sack, took the dead body of the victim and disposed of the same. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected.
