Allegation is of recovery of 95 litres of liquor from the brick kiln and petitioner was arrested there. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is engaged in the bamboo clamp business and the brick kiln is not of the petitioner's. Further he has no criminal antecedent and he has been in judicial custody since 07.01.2020.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3634 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 as above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 02nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Siwan, in connection with Excise Case No. C-III Case No. 03 of 2020, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required.
