JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 10.10.2018, passed in CWJC No. 7469 of 2018, the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna has already passed a reasoned order dated 26.8.2022, rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 26.8.2022, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
