Petitioner happens to be elder brother-in-law of deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 28.11.2014 without having any specific overt-act.

Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in Deep Nagar P.S. Case no. 253/2014.
