Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 379 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is case and counter case between the parties and it appears from the materials available on the record that a serious litigation is going on between the parties since long. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some coaccused have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16982 of 2016 (2) dt.28-04-2016 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Munger Sri Arbind Kumar Singh in connection with Asarganj P.S. Case No.17 of 2015.
