Learned counsel for the respondent-2nd set/State submits that Title Appeal No. 34 of 2014 in which the impugned order was passed, has been decided vide judgment dated 15.09.2017 passed by the learned Additional District Judge-VI, Bhojpur at Ara. Learned counsel further submits that in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent- 2nd set/State, photocopy of the judgment of the learned first appellate court
