JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pakdidayal P.S.Case No. 27 of 2018 registered under Sections 147,148,149,307,323,324,354,379,448,504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is that petitioners and other accused persons, having variously armed with, came at the door of the informant and started abusing her and there is allegation against other accused persons is of assault and allegation against petitioner no. 1 is of snatching of Rs. 12,000/- and against petitioner no. 2 is of outraging the modesty of her daughter-in-

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no allegation of assault is attributed against petitioners and so far allegations of snatching of money and outraging the modesty are concerned, their appears to be ornamental to make the case serious.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Pakdidayal P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
