The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.487 of 2020 , instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of having abducted a 14 years old girl and of having kept her in confinement for a good number of days and, thereafter, also subjecting her to sexual misdemeanor.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there has been a delay of 13 days in lodging the FIR and that the victim on her being recovered has not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15349 of 2021(2) dt.04-01-2022 2/2 consented for her physical examination.

These grounds do not weigh with this Court for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner in view of the accusation against him.

The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is, accordingly, rejected.

The application stands dismissed.
