The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Parbatta P. S. Case No. 81 of 2018 dated 27.08.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that one accused person was arrested with a stolen motor-cycle. The arrested persons is said to have made a statement that he has purchased the motorcycle from the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that but for the confession of an arrested co-accused, there is no

For the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IIIrd, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Parbatta P.
