JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 07-12-2021 Admittedly, during the pendency of the present writ petition, an appeal has been filed before the DRAT by the Bank. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall move appropriate application before the Appellate Tribunal for refund of the amount.

Accordingly, we dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Appellant Tribunal as per law.
