A house (Chaudhary Bhavan) under tenancy was raided on confidential information and during course thereof, five persons were detained, namely, Kariman @ Rajesh Yadav @ Kaling Yadav, Santosh Kumar, Sonu Kumar, Ganesh Kumar and Mithilesh Pd. Gupta from whose possession, on search, brown sugar was recovered and for that, seizure list was prepared in presence of two seizure list witnesses, namely, Krishna Prasad and Gita Devi.

Because of the fact that recovery was in between lesser quantity as well as commercial quantity, whereupon, other accused have already been granted bail vide Cr.Misc. Nos.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4286 of 2020(5) dt.02-07-2020 2/2 9035/2020, 6084/2020 and 3816/2020.

That being so, petitioner, Kariman @ Rajesh Yadav @ Kaling Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-V, Patna in Special Case No. 113/2019 leading to Jakkanpur PS Case No. 614/2019.
