2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 371 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 471, 418, 420, 467 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and the informant are cousin brother and there is civil dispute between the parties. The allegation appears to be arising out of that civil dispute. The petitioner is in jail since 08.10.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 371 of 2024.
