1. Heard the parties.

2. Admittedly, statutory provision of preferring an appeal against the orders of the Chairman to the Special Secretary in terms of Section 24 of the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board Act, 1981, the petitioner is granted liberty to prefer such an appeal.

3. If such an appeal is preferred within a period of 15

4. If she is further aggrieved, she would be at liberty to take up remedy as per law.
