2. It transpires to this Court that vide order dated 13.02.2025, time was granted to the petitioner to remove the defects, however, the said defects have not been removed till date.

3. In this background, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this writ application, and therefore, this Court has no option but to pass order in this matter.

4. As such, the present writ application stands dismissed due to non-prosecution.
