Petitioner is accused in connection with Brahmpura P.S. Case No. 86 of 2015 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act and section 120(B) of the I.P.C. The accusation is that the Police on receiving the secret information about presence of the suspicious person near MIT, Muzaffarpur reached there where one person seeing the Police Party, started to flee away but he was apprehended by the Police, who disclosed the name of Ramesh Paswan @ Guru and on search, one country made pistol containing 5 live cartridges in the magazine and also 5 live cartridges from his pocket and one mobile set was also recovered. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in fact, petitioner has been made accused in 7 cases, as detailed in paragraph no.3 of the petition. Due to that reason, Police got implicated the petitioner in the present case on the basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M. 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Brahmpura P.S. Case No.86 of 2015.

Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relatives/parents of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner and further the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during the course of trial in the Court below. If the petitioner fails to remain present on two consecutive dates during the course of trial without any reasonable cause, the Court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
