The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 193 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 447 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9660 of 2023.

In compliance of the order dated 02.02.2024, a status report has been received dated 08.02.2024 by which it appears that all five prosecution witnesses have already been examined except Doctor and I.O. and for this reason, it is expected that trial will be concluded in four months.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6519 of 2024(3) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

The application stands disposed off.

The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within the stipulated period of time positively as mentioned in its report failing which the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
